Class B – development on caravan site required by conditions

Class B simply allows for the development on a caravan site as required by the conditions of a site licence. 

This will not be expanded upon here, as the legislation below is brief and dependent upon the site licence issued by the local authority in accordance with the Caravan SItes and Control Development Act 1960
