Part 18: Miscellaneous development

 
This section (miscellaneous development) gives permitted development rights under acts of parliament and similar to undertake certain works. It also allows for the development of amusement parks.

Some might say it is fitting that acts of parliament and amusement parks are in the same section – here at Planning Geek we could not comment! 

As the readership of Planning Geek is unlikely to be utilising too many of these, we may not be expanding on many of these unless we feel there is a need. 

The up to date legislation can be found in each section for Part 18. With a summary as required. 

The two sections within Part 18 are as follows:

Class A – Development under local or private Acts or Order

Class B – Development at amusement parks
