Paragraph U – Interpretation of Part 19

U. For the purposes of Part 19—

“airbase” means the aggregate of the land, buildings and works comprised in a Government aerodrome within the meaning of article 255 of the Air Navigation Order 2009 paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Air Navigation Order 2016; and

“air traffic services” has the same meaning as in section 98 of the Transport Act 2000 (air traffic services).
