CIL Forms
The government has produced a number of CIL forms which may need to be submitted with the planning application or prior to commencement of the development in respect of CIL. You can use Adobe to complete these forms and submit to the local authority via email.
Note that it is the applicant’s responsibility to complete the forms. if you complete them incorrectly, it is possible that you will have additional charges or the wrong amounts charged to you in the liability. If you are unsure, we urge you to seek advice. Planning Geek can assist with form checking at our standard hourly rate of ยฃ250. One hour should be sufficient in many cases. Or you can book a Zoom call with Ian, the founder of Planning Geek to check what you need to do. Book a session here.
