UDPRN – Unique Delivery Point Reference Number

The UDPRN is similar to the UPRN but only contains deliverable addresses and is a reference number issued by Royal Mail. It stands for  Unique Delivery Point Reference Number. Every address listed by Royal Mail as able to receive mail is listed with a unique number. It is 8 digits in length.

The UDPRN was introduced by Royal Mail in 2004
